The room was hot at night with no AC, and breakfast had nothing for vegetarians. Even the corn had been cooked with meat. Street traffic and the music from the fountain made it very noisy, and only rooms above the 8th floor were available. The synthetic sheets felt unpleasant against the skin, especially for sensitive people. The reception staff were no help when I tried asking for assistance.

There are lots of spots set up for IG-worthy pictures, with props too. The facilities seemed quite new, maybe recently renovated, especially the room and bathroom. The lift, though, is pretty old and doesn’t have a hold button.

The room had plenty of space, but the bed linen was stained and there was just one small pillow. Cigarette smoke was noticeable throughout the corridor as soon as we got out of the lift.

It’s an old-fashioned, unassuming hotel with comfortable rooms, reliable hot water, and a good breakfast. The location is handy for walking around, and there are several nice places to eat outside. I’d recommend it.

The location is great, with everything nearby, and the service was good. Breakfast had plenty of variety. My room was fine and had a nice view, although the hot water sometimes ran out. The reception staff didn’t understand English very well.
