We stayed on 5/30 after booking one triple room and one double room online. I appreciated that they arranged both rooms on the same floor, but check-in was a mess. Their card machine kept failing, and I was asked to keep trying without anyone suggesting another way to pay. I was sweating at the desk by the time Taiwan Pay finally worked. The biggest issue in the triple room, 204, was that it looked nothing like the listing. The photos showed a sitting area with a sofa, but our room had a balcony in its place. There was less space, nowhere to sit and rest, and the balcony was too dirty to use. The booking site had no photos or details warning that we might get this layout, and nobody told us it had changed. At the desk I was told only that they would speak to a supervisor. The room was smaller for the same price, and we were left to deal with the cramped space and cost ourselves. We could only sit on the beds or the floor. The floor was filthy too. My child's socks were very dirty after less than five minutes. A light began flickering soon after we got in. I contacted the official customer service and someone came quickly to replace the bulb. I also reported the floor and, after asking them to mop it again, it was cleaner. The single bed in the triple room was beside the balcony door, which had no curtain. Sunlight woke us at 5:30 a.m., so bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light. The double room, 202, had its own problems. The air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling and the temperature rose to 29 degrees. Soundproofing was awful. I could hear the neighbor snoring as if we were in the same room, and barely slept. Since the room was close to the stairs and elevator, we could hear people chatting downstairs and smell their instant noodles and other food. People with sensitive skin may want to bring their own bath products. Parking was convenient, the lane was quiet, and instant noodles and drinks were available until 10:30 p.m. Breakfast was included.

The noise was the main drawback for me. A group of friends checked in and talked loudly enough to disturb me while I was trying to fall asleep. I also felt I had to keep my own voice down, in case people outside could hear me. The place was comfortable, and since it's a bit away from the city center, having instant noodles available for a late-night snack was a real plus. Breakfast had a good range too. I'd come back, though I wish the soundproofing were better.

The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. I was glad to find the last room available on May 1, and a triple room cost the same as a double. Still, I wouldn't stay again. The room seemed unfinished. Both sofas were stained, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the mattress creaked at the slightest movement, and the soundproofing was very poor. The kettle was so grimy it was alarming. Getting in and out felt unsafe because the first floor was piled with construction equipment. On the fourth floor, the elevator opened directly across from the emergency exit, with the rooms to the right and no doors. I'd never seen a layout like that.
