For a hotel described as five star, the room cleaning was really disappointing. There was hair on the bed, TV table, sofa, drawer, and tea and coffee box. I politely asked housekeeping to redo the room, but they didn't check everything afterward. The next day, while I was at the amusement park, I called about long hair left on the shower floor by the previous guest. They did clean the floor, but the back of the shower door was badly moldy and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The corners around the sink and cups were dusty too. I gave housekeeping two chances to bring the room up to the standard I'd expect of a five star hotel. The soundproofing was poor as well. I could hear my neighbor snoring loudly from bed. We were really disappointed with our stay. Janfusun Resort Hotel doesn't deserve five stars.

I was satisfied with the doorman and the checkout service, but the front desk experience let me down. The woman checking me in didn't seem friendly or willing to help, and came across as unprofessional. The room quality was about what the price suggested, so I hadn't expected much. The bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom was old. If you're going to the Theme Park, staying at least one night at the hotel makes sense. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the place has seen better days. Maybe it was a nice hotel 10-15 years ago, but it seems little has been done since. A lot of things are worn out or broken, and by international standards I'd call it no more than a two star hotel.

Breakfast was a miserable experience. There were so many tour groups that getting food meant standing in line for at least ten minutes. I had to change seats three times because random people kept sitting beside my food and eating it. If you want a peaceful morning without being disturbed and losing your appetite, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I had my wedding here earlier this year, after hearing it was supposed to be the top hotel in the region. The service fell short in plenty of ways: guests' drinks weren't refilled, the bridal helper kept disappearing, the decorations weren't ready that day, and instructions weren't followed. I made a complaint, but it seems no one followed up. I wouldn't recommend holding a wedding here.
