Amanda Hotel Kenting

We especially liked the room setup, with its roomy bathrooms and balcony tubs. Breakfast was both tasty and fun, and the evening reception was a treat. Dressing up in costumes for photos made the stay feel extra special. And seriously, try the panna cotta! 👌

The hotel looks even more beautiful in person than in the photos. There’s not much nearby, so I’d stop here if you’re passing through and have time to take pictures. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and have plenty of practical amenities. The design deserves a mention on its own, they did a great job with the lighting, materials, and decor, and it’s clear a lot went into the hotel. Breakfast was good. Some rooms face the highway, so ask for a different one if that matters to you.

The Moroccan theme really makes the place feel like another country, and we had a great long weekend. We had fun renting costumes and taking memorable photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and getting around was convenient with a short motorbike or car ride. I’d definitely recommend staying here and will return when I’m in the area.

The kindness of the staff made a huge difference to our stay. After riding our motorbike from Kaohsiung to Kenting through heavy rain, we arrived completely soaked and were greeted with warm towels. They were accommodating throughout, and extended our stay by three extra nights. For our anniversary, they moved us to a different room decorated with balloons and flowers, which made us feel celebrated. From the moment we stepped inside, the hotel felt like Morocco, with grand water fountains, intricate tile work, and thoughtful details everywhere. Our room was breathtaking and expansive, with an artistic shower and bathroom and a spacious tub. It felt so luxurious we almost forgot we were in Taiwan, like a magical escape. The hotel made our Taiwan trip unforgettable. We’re looking forward to coming back and will recommend it to family and friends.
