The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was very enjoyable. There's also a good range of beer at the bar. The rooms are generously sized, and the newly opened hotel has clean facilities with quality design. We'll definitely come back.

The breakfast was $280 NTD per person, and even with room service that price stayed the same, but the main course was missing. We only got the side dishes. I also called three times to book a room and got hung up on each time. They advertise a pet-friendly room, but pets aren't allowed elsewhere, even in a stroller.

We had to leave at 5am to catch the high speed train back to Kaoshiong, and the staff kindly put together breakfast for us to take along. It was one of the best packed breakfasts I've had on the road. The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing.

The room with a balcony was lovely, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was clean and so quiet, with a peaceful feel that made me miss the place as soon as I left. The staff were great too. I'll definitely book here again when I visit Kenting/Baisha.

The Hinoki pieces by a local designer were lovely, and I liked the atmosphere they gave the place. From the room you can get a sense of the sea, even though Baisha bay is a 10-15 minute drive away. It's in the Baisha area, a good quiet option if you want to avoid the crowds in Kenting. There's no convenience store nearby, so I'd suggest coming by car. The price is quite high, and housekeeping could be better. Sand on the floor is understandable this close to the beach, but cleaning still needs work.
