The shared space is a big part of what makes this guesthouse feel so relaxing. There are pets, instruments, things to read, and a large projector screen for movies or games, all in a nicely decorated communal area. Our room was spacious and very well equipped, and breakfast was freshly made for our group each morning. It felt like being looked after by a family friend, which is exactly what a guest house should feel like. Archie and his wife are wonderfully welcoming and easygoing. I left feeling refreshed and already plan to come back for a longer visit. Thanks to Archie for such thoughtful hospitality.

The owner arranged an electric scooter rental for us, and the rental shop picked us up right at the inn, which made things easy. The place is a little out of the way, but I liked that. Walking to the center took about 15 minutes. Chillax Inn has a very friendly owner and a nice, clean room. Shan Xia Ren Jia is right next door, serving authentic Chinese food that's among the best in town, maybe even Taiwan. It's popular with locals every day. I'd recommend staying here.

I picked the wrong venue here, haha. The place also has Pizza for Peace, and I'm pretty sure I'll stay at Chillax Inn B&B next time. Bet you 100bucks my rating will still be five stars, or I'll eat my hat. Their pizza and pasta are the best, and the vibe is the best of anywhere I've visited on this beautiful island so far. If I'd known about the accommodation before arriving, I'd have booked without a second thought. Really looking forward to coming back.

It's a quiet spot, and the host made renting a scooter easy by arranging delivery and pickup right there. We loved the spacious room, the helpful, friendly host, and the breakfast. Great service. I'd suggest having a car or scooter.

In 12 years in Taiwan, this is probably the best place I've stayed. The rooms are spacious and nice, the owner is super chill, and their dog is too. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend it.
