It’s a peaceful spot to unwind with dogs, and breakfast is included. The Sunday night market and Lost Octopus Italian Restaurant are only minutes away. The owner plans to close the B&B in March 2021, unfortunately, after years of backlash against tourism in Kenting.

Our room was clean, and I’d happily stay again. There are fenced areas where pets can run around, plus poop bags and smelly rollers for cleanup. After they’ve been in the water, there’s a washing spot to bathe them. The guesthouse is very convenient for traveling with pets.

The breakfast was nutritious and tasty, and the owner was warm and suggested the Hengchun Night Market, which opens just one day a week. The lawn was large enough for the dogs to play all day, and everything felt clean. Our room was cozy as soon as we walked in. I expected the bed to be hard because the price was affordable, but it was soft and comfortable. I’d give the stay 95 out of 100, and would come back to Kenting if I get the chance. 👍🏻
