We showed up without a reservation, but the staff showed us a room and got us checked in. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet, and the price was very reasonable. The staff were kind and helpful. We came by bike, so although the place is a little far from the village, it was manageable.

We could park right outside, and the lighthouse is close by. The kitchen was a real highlight since we could make our own meals. There are also several cats wandering around, which cat lovers will enjoy.

The sea view from the location was great, and the staff were friendly. The room was very good too. One of the best hotels I've stayed at!

I wouldn't recommend staying here if good service matters to you. My sea-view room smelled like a dead animal, so they moved me to a mountain-view room. Since it was a different room type, they should have refunded the price difference. I called several times over the next day and a half, but nobody got back to me, and no one was there when we needed to check out. The staff didn't seem trained, either. It was a really disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who cares about service or cleanliness.
