The staff made my business trip stay especially good. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and always willing to help. My room was spacious and comfortable, just right for unwinding after a long workday. Breakfast was a highlight too, with lots of choice and food that was delicious and fresh. I’d recommend the hotel and would gladly return.

The hotel is a little far from the train station, but Big City mall is right next door and its shuttle runs to and from the station, which made getting around convenient. We arrived around 10 p.m. for a late check-in, and the friendly, helpful staff even offered us a late checkout. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with USB and Type-C charging. Breakfast had lots of variety and tasted great, although it was a bit crowded. Highly recommend!

I felt very safe walking between the hotel and my son’s house, and the staff made me feel welcome. As a middle-aged woman on my own in a foreign country, that meant a lot. They speak wonderful English, greet me with a smile whenever I come or go, and are very helpful. I spent two weeks here visiting family and loved it. The room was comfortable, with luxurious bed linens, and very clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. I plan to stay again next year when I return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I only stayed one night, but slept really well in the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and Big City mall is within walking distance. Breakfast had an okay selection, with quite a bit of variety.
