We stopped here for the night during a bike trip and really enjoyed the area. It’s a lovely B&B in a quiet coastal village. The hosts were helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

It’s a short motorbike or car ride to town, shops, and surf spots. The BnB isn’t in the main town, which suited me because I like being close to the sea and nature, and having a quiet little corner in Hengchun. The room is cozy and spacious with a great view. The hosts are kind, attentive, flexible, and helpful, and they’re surfers too. My forever favourite BnB in HengChun.

We had the family room, which was more than big enough for four people, with a view of the ocean and harbour. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the hotel is run by a friendly couple who are really helpful.

Just a heads-up for anyone packing: there’s no lift, so smaller bags are easier to manage. My sister is afraid of cats and had to be careful walking around, since the owner has two cats and a dog. Even with that, we had an amazing stay and I’d definitely come back. The industrial-style room was eye-catching and clean, with a balcony facing the sea. We had a room with a bathtub and sea view, which felt amazing. At night we sat on the balcony looking at the very clear stars. They say you might see shooting stars on a clear night; one man said he’d seen 17 in a single night. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious, a sandwich and fresh local fruit from the owner. We stayed one night and were very satisfied.
