The place has a lot of potential, but maintenance is lacking. Its location near the metro station is excellent. There isn't an elevator: one flight of stairs leads to the shared area, where there's a shoe rack, slippers, toiletries, a kettle, cups, instant coffee, and water; another flight goes up to the rooms.

If the air conditioning isn't cool enough, remember there's an electric fan in the corridor you can go get.

I'm adding photos of the entrance so it's easier to find the place and you don't have to go through what happened to me.

The room was clean and spacious, and the price was low. I chose it because being near the train station made getting around convenient. We only used it to sleep. It's self-service, with no staff on site and communication only through Line. There's nowhere to leave your bags. The hotel entrance needs improving; it took half an hour to find the place. There's an inexpensive breakfast restaurant next door.
