10/10
The staff are very friendly, and we even borrowed umbrellas from the front desk when we went to the lantern festival. There’s a wireless charging station and laundry machines in the lobby, plus complimentary drinks like coffee, lattes, warm milk, chocolate coffee, and lemon water, along with snacks. The room was spacious and clean, and a hot shower felt great after a day of walking. The vegetarian style breakfast is what makes this hotel special.

10/10
The staff were superb, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. At check-in I was given a small gift with a good quality travel spoon and fork, a handy zip case, and a plastic raincoat. The hotel is modern and remarkably quiet, with a glass lift on the side. I found the Wi-Fi adequate, though it wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. My room on the 13th floor was spacious and had everything I needed, including comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. Free use of the washing and drying machines was available, as were hot drinks and snacks both in the room and in the lobby. It’s exceptionally good value for the price.

The hotel is clean, and it smells nice when you walk in. My room was roomy, and the bathroom had plenty of space, with both a bathtub and a shower area. There’s free laundry and drying service, plus complimentary coffee and tea and a water dispenser in the lobby. Nice location.

The bathtub was nice for a bit of pampering, and the room had two large queen beds. Laundry and drying are complimentary around the clock.

The service was top notch, and the vegetarian buffet was great. My room was very clean, with a firm mattress. The shower pressure was good and the hot water came quickly. Highly recommend.
