12/7-8 I felt right at home at Meci. The staff were real people who were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Sid and his colleague welcomed me before 10am, handled the check-in formalities while the guests were still asleep, and stored my luggage so I could head into town on one of their bikes. All of that came with a very reasonable price. The room had what I needed, a great shower, and a view of the park and mountains. I discovered the hot chocolate this time, which I somehow missed on my last stay. The lobby is open for hanging out, with lots of snacks, and there's a rooftop area with coin laundry too. This stay has me thinking about membership and loyalty. Thanks, Meci, you've treated me well.

A decent budget hotel, with helpful staff and plenty of food options nearby, though there's no breakfast. It's about a ten-minute walk from the station. The rooms are small but creatively designed. Parking is limited, so you may need to park nearby.

There are lots of snacks, and the staff are friendly. It's a basic place to stay with good value for the price, and you can walk to both TRA and the main bus station.

The staff's attitude could use some work. Nobody said hello or thank you, and the larger, hairy man with glasses made me feel like an annoying nuisance he wanted to get rid of as soon as possible. They also kept the deposit for an unreasonably long time. I'm not sure if they see this as a disposable side job or as a living. The location is convenient, with bus and train stations and supermarkets within walking distance. The room had the usual equipment for this price, like a TV, hair dryer, and fridge, but the interior felt neglected and shabby.

The mattress felt a bit too soft for me, but I'd still come back if I'm in town again. The room was clean, the shower was great, and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to find me food and a taxi driver. The location is central, and the lobby has free snacks and nice coffee.
