The weekend and holiday prices are quite a bit higher, and that's why I didn't rate it higher. The location worked well for my event, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and several massage places nearby. One colleague even had a massage therapist come to her room, though I didn't. My room was clean and had a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a fridge, a desk, and most things I needed. Shampoo and body wash were supplied, but you'll need your own other toiletries. There were cigarette burns on the floor, which made the building seem a little old. I would have preferred a closet instead of hooks and hangers. I didn't watch the TV, and the view wasn't much, though that didn't bother me. Service was average for professionalism and efficiency, with some room to improve on communication and attitude. They brought extra pillows without a problem. The air conditioner was already running when I arrived, though I don't know whether my company had requested that or if it was standard. Breakfast information wasn't clear, so a card explaining it would help.
