The low price was the one clear advantage, but the condition of the room was awful. There were gecko droppings and caterpillars on the bed, and the towels looked filthy, as if they hadn't been replaced and might even have been used to wipe the floor. The attached photo shows them. Hot water also kept cutting out, turning cold partway through a shower. What really pushed me to write this was how the owner handled problems. Before check-in they replied quickly and said I could contact them if anything came up. After I checked in, they ignored my messages. It felt like they'd taken my money and left me on my own. The place was dirty, but that response was the main issue I want future guests to know about.

Parking right outside the room was handy, and the price was a really good deal. The room itself was lovely, with a separate shower and bathtub, and the air conditioning cooled it down well. They didn't have large bath towels, but the small ones were changed every day. I also appreciated getting a message before they came to clean, which felt reassuring 🥰. The owner dealt with anything I brought up quickly and sincerely. I'd happily stay again if I get the chance. Thank you! ☺️

There are quite a few insects around because of the location, and some fly in as soon as you open the front door. Just a heads-up: disposable items cost 10 yuan each. Otherwise, I was really satisfied. The place was clean and tidy, and they paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend, and I'd definitely come back 👍🏽👏🏻

It's about a 17-minute walk to Farglory Plaza, and parking is right outside. The room was quite clean and had a huge bathtub. The rate was very cheap, too. I'd consider staying here again next time I'm in Hualien.
