Ta 溫泉會館

I've been to Jiaoxi many times, and this guesthouse gave me my best experience yet. The owner was warm and helpful, replying quickly whenever I messaged. Our room was comfortably laid out for the price, with elegant Japanese-style decor, tatami mats, and a small tea table. The bathroom had a standard hot spring bath, and everyone in my family soaked at least twice. I’d definitely come back. After checking out, while we were out doing other things, we realized we might have left a few belongings behind. The owner kindly found them and waited for us to drive back and pick them up. A pleasant stay in a very clean room, with a lovely owner. I’d happily return. There were just two small inconveniences: only large towels were supplied, and it took a while for the hot water to come through.

We stayed in room 302 with our pet and our family of four. The room was comfortable and the tub had good depth. We were satisfied, and it’s truly pet-friendly, with no restriction on pet size. ☺️

Pets require a deposit, which is returned after checkout if everything is in order. Staff only arrive at 11 am to refund it, though, so if you check out early, you have to get the deposit back by bank transfer. The guesthouse is on the third floor, with the restaurant sharing the elevator on the first and second floors. The room hallways are narrow. There are no handrails or non-slip mats in the bathroom, so take extra care getting out of the hot tub. In the shared room, watch out for the bed when going onto the balcony. There is a safety rail, but getting through is still awkward.
