The Chinese breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and they have scooters for rent on site. The front desk staff spoke great English and were quite nice. Our room and the hotel had a neat military theme, with toiletries, coffee and tea, and a mini fridge provided. It’s about a 15-minute scooter ride to Jincheng. There’s also a 7-11 and a nice Family Mart a short ride up the road. This is a solid choice in Kinmen, where there aren’t many traditional hotels.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet has a nice mix of Asian and Western food. The hotel’s style is distinctive, drawing on Kinmen's warfare history. It’s quite far from the local hot spots, so you’ll need to drive to where things are happening. There are scooters for rent, which helps. Keep in mind there’s no bar or restaurant service at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were neat, new, and clean. It’s far from the biggest town on Kinmen island, but still convenient for visiting lots of scenic sites. The hotel has a prison and war theme, with old abandoned weapons turned into interesting art pieces.
