When heavy fog canceled my family's flight back to Taipei, the owner got in touch first to check whether it was still operating. After hearing it was canceled, she said there were rooms available and we could wait to see about getting standby seats at the airport. She even drove over to pick up my family and take us to the guesthouse. That kindness meant a lot, and we managed to get on a standby flight today. I feel so lucky to have met the owners. I had only planned to pass through Kinmen for one night each way while heading to Xiamen, and it turned out both guesthouses I'd booked belonged to the same owner. Both stays felt rushed, so I wish I could've explored more this afternoon. We'll look for you again next time we're in Kinmen.

It felt like home, and the place was peaceful. The owners put a lot into running the guesthouse and were quick to sort out any problems. That made for a really pleasant trip.

The hostess was friendly and sent a no-pressure message on Line with nearby restaurant suggestions. The room itself was spacious, simple, and comfortable, and the common area had a microwave, fridge, and ice maker. The electronic lock made getting in and out easy. Bath towels were supplied, but you'll need to bring hand towels. The pillows were quite full, though they didn't disrupt my sleep. Parking nearby was easy, and scooters can go right outside. A nice place for a family stay.

I spent three nights in a double room and was very happy with the quality. It was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and very quiet nights. The friendly, enthusiastic host gave me local ideas for sightseeing and food. The electronic keypad made coming and going easy, without worrying about losing a key.
