Healthy Residence

The location is hard to beat. Three big malls, lots of restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, and the Taoyuan train and bus terminal are all within a five-minute walk. The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent, competent, and quick to help with special requests or resolve any problems. My premium room was affordable, spacious, and well equipped, more like an apartment than a hotel. The small kitchen had a stovetop, microwave, fridge, cookware, utensils, and tableware. There was a large bathroom with an enclosed shower and bathtub, bidet, plenty of hot water, and towels. My bedroom had a super king-size bed and a big-screen TV with YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. The sitting room had another big TV, a large sofa, and a dining table. Big windows in both rooms let in lots of daylight. Outside the rooms was a sizable lobby with chairs, tables, reading material, a TV, an automatic coffee maker, and a hot, cold, sparkling water dispenser. There were two washers and two dryers in an adjoining room, plus ironing facilities. The hotel also has a gym, a generous buffet breakfast, and one free parking pass per day. The Healthy Residence is the best place to stay in Taoyuan, and maybe Taipei too.

The area is safe and easy to find, and just about anything you might need is a five-minute walk away. The express bus to Taipei stops right outside the front door. Our family stayed in a suite, and it was bigger and better equipped than the photos suggested. The building itself is unusual, maybe it used to be an office building, but the stay exceeded our expectations. They also have free dispensers on every floor with cold and fizzy sparkling water.

The staff are very nice, the rooms are clean, and the contract terms are flexible.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful 🤩. The front desk staff were really kind, and the room and bed were both very big. I had a really comfortable one-night stay, and the location is convenient, close to the train station 😉. Highly recommend 👌🏻 👍🏻 👏🏼
