A+ Motel

The room was clean, organized, and had everything I might need during my stay. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, which made for a great experience.

The room had a water dispenser instead of bottled water. Staff told me it was RO water and that it was changed daily. It was fine at first, and hot water was available, but after drinking it a few times the taste became strange and unpleasant. I don't know if it was the paper cup or something else, but I stopped drinking it. By the exit there's a cat house where you can buy cat meat puree at the counter, three for $100, to feed the cats. There was an orange Maine Coon, a black cat, and a mixed-breed cat. It's fun to have them gather around while they eat, but their nails hadn't been trimmed, so ladies in thin skirts or shorts should be especially careful of getting scratched. The mattress was comfortable and there was no smoky smell, though the pillows were too soft to give much support. Outlets on both sides of the bed were handy for charging. The TV was large and had sound, but sat right between the sofa and bed. The bathroom was open plan, with only half a glass panel by the toilet, if that was even there. The glass behind the sink was transparent too, so the room really only works for one person or a couple. The hairdryer had weak airflow and took a long time to dry my hair. There was very little storage beside the sink and nowhere to dry clothes. Water pressure was good, the hot water came quickly and was the right temperature. The bathtub had some scratches from use, as did the toilet seat. The toilet had a bidet spray and a heated seat.

The breakfast room was bright and clean. There wasn't a huge selection, but it had meat, vegetables, steamed buns, salad, drinks, and coffee, enough for what I needed. The room itself was tidy and clean, with a hot water dispenser that made the complimentary instant noodles easy to prepare. Even in such a busy area, the price was very reasonable. I'd recommend staying here! 😃
