191 Hotel

The staff were helpful, and the room was clean and classy with good Wi-Fi. We recently checked in to Hotel 191 and had a great experience during our vacation in Taipie. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

You can walk here from the train station, with food and a 7-11 nearby. Wi-Fi works, though the internet is a bit slow, so keep expectations in check. Fine for a single night.

We love staying here. It's our third visit, and the last one was about five years ago, before the pandemic. The rooms still feel as good as new and are very clean. We booked two rooms by email for the rest of our stay in Taiwan, and it feels like home here. Across the street are TONLiN mall and the bus station, with Taoyuan train station just a few meters away. The service is great too, the staff are courteous and approachable. We stayed for 10 nights and checked out on January 3, 2026, ready to head back to the phils. The location is close to malls, the train station, and food stalls. There are laundry machines and a dryer, each costing 50nt, which is more affordable than using a laundry shop. The staff were nice. We always stay here when we come to taoyuan taiwan.

For a central spot in Taoyuan city, the price is pretty good. The rooms aren't huge, but there's enough space for a family of three. I'd consider staying here again if I need a place in Taoyuan city.
