The beef noodles in the lobby lounge were delicious, and the breakfast spread was great too. The lounge staff member working the whole floor alone was still attentive and efficient. Staff service was mixed, though: some people were very friendly and helpful, while others seemed tired and worn out. Maybe your experience depends on luck. I started out giving this place two stars, but after a night there my impression improved. The rooms are spacious and nice, and check-in went smoothly. I did get a bit lost because nobody showed me the elevator for my room, until a kind cleaning lady pointed me the right way. At the indoor pool, David the lifeguard wouldn't let me take one of the clean towels beside him. He said I had to go back to reception in my dripping swimsuit to ask for one. That wasn't very helpful, though perhaps it was hotel policy and not his call. Later, the happy hour music was so loud that I left and went to the lobby lounge for dinner. I was tired enough to start writing a review while sitting there.

Food was pretty mediocre, apart from a dish or two at the Chinese restaurants. The place itself is bright, modern and elegant, following a major renovation ten years ago, with something for most people: family entertainment, a golf course, a small resort-style pool and basic meeting facilities. Noisy babies and lounges and bars that close early make it feel more geared toward young families.
10/10
My family had a great visit this summer, even though the resort was fully booked and we couldn't get the upgrades we wanted. The kids had a blast with the activities. The pools, water slide, car racing, carousel and play room all seemed thoughtfully laid out and well maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.

We arranged the pet package through the Marriott App and got lots of things for our fur baby. At check-in around 4PM on 12/17/25, Andreas and a general manager were welcoming and helpful. Patrick also made checkout easy. We appreciate the effort Westin put into making our vacation special.

Janice at the lobby front desk was considerate and professional. We were traveling with a child and needed extra help, so we appreciated her service. The hotel is very kid-friendly.
