The facilities are well maintained, and the location is near a few theme parks, but the service and management were disappointing. After a red wine spill, they charged a “laundry fee” of NT3000 without showing an official price list. They only gave the costs verbally, which felt arbitrary and unclear, with no leniency or appreciation that I'd been honest about it. I emailed to ask for an official list of laundry and replacement prices, but they never provided one. That showed poor accountability. Guests even have to sign for plastic wine cups and a wine opener. Breakfast choices are limited, and some staff were unhelpful and dismissive. They also didn't seem very welcoming to kids. If nothing goes wrong, you might have a so-so or good stay, but an accident brought out what felt like a petty approach and a lack of transparency. Check the one-star reviews and news articles about the hotel before booking. After my experience, I find it hard to recommend, especially for families with young children, since accidents can happen.

There's a baseball museum in the large park at this special theme hotel. They also have mini golf and an indoor badminton stadium.

The Snoopy-themed snacks at the Snoopy bus are a fun treat, and I came away with a Snoopy baseball and a mini tote lunch bag. The souvenirs are adorable, and they'd make great gifts for people who haven't been to a Snoopy store. We're from Vancouver, Canada, so we don't have this kind of stuff at home. It's a fun outing with kids, and adults can enjoy the childhood nostalgia too. There's a cool batting cage for baseball fans, and a pitching machine where you can test your accuracy. The location is smaller than the Japan Snoopy store, but it's still great for families or a date night. I really liked it.

Mr.Geng, the manager at Chao Gui restaurant, made us feel welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. His warm, courteous manner and professionalism made the meal a special experience. Thanks to him and the whole team for their dedication, leadership, and teamwork. It was an enjoyable, memorable meal, and I'll definitely come back and recommend the place to others.

We visited the fame hall exhibition site and found it beautifully set up. It shows the development of sport in Taiwan through lots of information and interesting pictures. There are Snoopy displays and other cartoon characters too.
