Liuhe Night Market is right downstairs, which is really handy, and there’s no extra cleaning charge for pets. The owner is welcoming to furry guests. The room was spacious, with a large bed, and despite being pet-friendly it didn’t smell bad. Soundproofing was pretty good, so it was quiet. The floor needs work, though: it felt sandy underfoot even with slippers by the door, and there were black paw prints all over the bathroom floor. Overall, a good stay.

The location is excellent, though Liuhe Night Market itself felt like an unethical tourist trap. The owner is warm and kind, and treats pets like their own children. Since they’ve had dogs themselves, they understand what furry friends need and opened this pet-friendly place for people looking for that. They also ask guests to help protect the environment and not damage or neglect it.

You can really feel how much the owner cares about pets, down to the dog hooks, mats, and food bowls provided. The room is very large and clean, and the bed is comfortable. It’s also convenient, just a short walk to Liuhe Night Market. Five-star service and location! 💛👍

The four-person room was spacious, and the owner was very nice. We asked for bath towels and hand towels during our stay, and she brought them over. The guesthouse is right by Liuhe Night Market, so shopping and finding food are easy. Parking is directly downstairs, depending on the owner’s arrangements. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung.
