Delton Hotel is just a minute's walk down the lane from Watermark Hotel. To get there from Kaohsiung Main Station MRT, find Elevator TR 05 (ELV-TR-05) on Level B3 and take it up to Level 1, then turn left toward Watermark Hotel. The hotel is also conveniently close to Kaohsiung Main Station, with a direct train to Tainan Station taking 27 minutes.

The room was just okay and wasn't soundproof, and breakfast was okay too. What really bothered me was the housekeeping. At 10:00 am, they knocked, rang the bell, and then even opened the door while our Do not disturb sign was up, just to clean the room. That's unacceptable. The staff were rude and seemed annoyed whenever we spoke English to them. They couldn't even speak basic English properly.

The concierge was gentle and very nice. The location is perfect if you're traveling by metro. I booked a room without windows. My fault, but it was okay.

The location is convenient and the staff are polite. Just a heads-up for anyone planning regular workouts: the fitness center is tiny and has limited equipment, so it's worth checking with the hotel beforehand.

Anning St is one we'll always remember, hahaha. The walk from here to Kaohsiung Main Station is really convenient, it's very close.
