The desk sent up a fresh sheet within five minutes when I called, which was helpful. The Wi-Fi starts with a strong signal, but gradually stops working; switching it off and reconnecting helped. The room looked passable at first, though it was quite dirty, and the bathroom and shower curtain felt especially unpleasant. The hallways also had a grimy feel, even though the lobby looked clean. The slippers are leather, which didn’t seem very sanitary. I couldn’t get the temperature to change: it felt cold when I arrived, the setting showed 22, and adjusting it made no difference, so the only other option seemed to be turning it off.

The fried rice at breakfast was especially good, and there was plenty to eat. The room feels a little dated, but it was clean and everything was in order. I’d recommend staying here four times out of five.

The staff were really helpful, and we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel itself looks a bit old, and the bathroom in our room could use some work. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Glad we stayed here.

It was convenient having the subway nearby, and the free box of doughnuts left as a welcome gift was a nice surprise. Service was alright. The smell was the main problem: it came from the room toilet and affected the room and part of the 11th floor, so we had to open the window to air things out.

The rooms were clean, and the desk is staffed around the clock. Hotel staff made it easy to arrange a taxi or Uber. There’s a convenience store nearby and plenty of massage parlours around too. Great!
