The receptionist was really friendly, which was the one bright spot. The room was cheap, so I wasn't expecting fancy facilities, and older equipment would've been fine. But cleanliness is basic. As soon as I opened the door, there was a strong mix of air freshener and cigarette smoke. Dust covered the bedside table, phone, TV, desk, and more, and the bedside lamp had cobwebs on it. My nose is severely allergic 🤧. It was too late to switch rooms, so I had to clean everything myself.

I booked one night over the 2026 Qingming holiday and came away thinking I'd rather spend more next time than give up comfort. This seems like an older motel that isn't being looked after very carefully. The mattress sagged, the massage chair's surface was worn, the shower head and bathtub leaked, and the bedside mood light didn't work. What bothered me most were three or four tiny flying insects inside, though I couldn't tell where they came from. The glass and faucet were also covered in cloudy water scale that looked like it hadn't been scrubbed off in a long time. By an ordinary housekeeper's standards, the cleaning felt about like a grade-schooler's effort. My budget was limited over the holiday, so I had to make do. I don't think I'll sacrifice the quality of my stay that way next time.

The AC didn't cool the room at all. My complaints got me nowhere, and they brought over a fan that was broken. It took two minutes to start after plugging it in, so I ended up using the two spare fans in my car. A complete disaster and a real waste of money.

I was itching all over soon after entering the shabby room. The sheets were filthy and had strange stains, and the bathroom was even worse. At first I thought the little things crawling back and forth were ants, but they turned out to be fleas. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 The staff were awful about the heat, too. They said it was too hot and that two fans were needed, but only gave me one. There weren't enough working outlets anyway, since more than half seemed to leak. I asked to move because I couldn't stand it, but was told the place was full. The next day I realized I was the only guest there. 🤭 When I tried to check out, the night staff said they'd ask someone, then left us waiting ages with no answer. I was furious. I'm never staying here again.
