We could walk to lots of markets and points of interest in about 15-20 minutes. The two bedroom suite worked perfectly for our family, and it was great value for money. AC was good and the shower had strong pressure. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of options. We also appreciated the 24/7 coffee machine and drink choices, and the staff were so kind and friendly.

The hotel is a little walk from the main busy roads, but it only took a few minutes and didn’t bother us. What stood out most was how friendly the staff were. Simon and Daisy would stand, smile, and greet us whenever we came or went. They seemed very well trained. At check-in, they asked that satisfied guests mention staff members by name in a review. Our room was spacious, clean, and new. The large bathroom was divided by panels into three areas: shower, toilet, and sink. The toilet was Japanese style. Breakfast was included in the price and had loads of Western and Taiwanese choices. Free drinks and coffee were available around the clock. I spent a long time comparing reviews, photos, prices, and locations before choosing this place, and I’m glad I did. It’s among the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tainan. I’m writing this just to share how happy and satisfied this Taiwanese hotel left me on my latest Taiwan trip. I didn’t get anything for writing it. I’ll definitely come back, and hope the business keeps doing well.

There’s a lot of food stalls within walking distance, which made the location great. I stayed in the Standard Double Room for a short visit and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and the staff extremely nice. Soundproofing was decent too. Breakfast was good and ran until 10am. Drinks were free whenever you wanted them, and the hotel also lends bikes at no charge, a really nice extra. The only trouble was adjusting the shower temperature. The knob seemed stuck, though that may just have been an issue with our shower.
