The staff made the stay feel special, with warmth, skill, and professionalism. The hotel sits between two major transit stations, making nightlife, restaurants, and shopping very convenient. There’s a breakfast bar with tasty food and options for both early risers and those who want a slow morning. The second-floor lounge works well for a quick business meeting, catching up on work, or relaxing with a movie. After a day exploring, the bath house was a welcome way to unwind. For me, it set a high standard for hospitality and made for a perfect trip.

We stayed here as a family for four days, and the reception service was amazing. My mother was very happy with how neat and clean the rooms were. After traveling around gaohxiung, relaxing in the hot tub was so nice. The TV had movies, and you could use Netflix and Disney. I’d definitely recommend this city to my friends.

The front desk staff were especially kind and helpful. They gave me lots of useful travel tips and assistance, and recommended some great local restaurants nearby. The room’s Dyson hair dryer was also extremely convenient. I found the room condition, amenities, and facilities excellent, with no bugs at all and very good soundproofing between floors, so it was quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a stay in Kaohsiung.

David was a friendly, professional help at check-in and pointed us toward local sights. We stayed three days, and the hotel was clean, with the MRT station close by. The staff were welcoming too. A really good stay in Kaohsiung, and I'd recommend it.

The room was clean, the price was good, and the location worked perfectly for us. We also loved the bathhouse and onsen. Everyone on staff was so charming and accommodating that we ended up extending our time in Kaohsiung by several days. We fell for the city and its people. Thank you!
