Greet Inn

We were happy to get a room on the highest floor, even though the view wasn't the best. It was spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a very convenient spot, with bus stops, the MRT station, and plenty of stores right outside. The staff were super helpful too. For the price and comfort, we couldn't have asked for more.

The room itself was decent, though the shower head was loose and slipping off its holder. We also weren’t given any toiletries, so bring your own. What really let the stay down was the service: after a red-eye flight, we hoped to check in at 3, but the room wasn’t ready. We were first told to wait half an hour, then ended up waiting until 4 with very little communication or empathy from staff. For a hotel at this level, that was extremely disappointing.

The elevators get slow when the hotel is busy, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, the place has a modern feel and is conveniently near Liuhe Night Market, with the metro a reasonable walk away. The room was really spacious, though the bathroom layout is odd, with a window between the bedroom and shower. Breakfast choices were limited but tasty, and there were afternoon snacks and drinks.

The only real issue was the room floor. It felt sticky underfoot unless I wore slippers, perhaps because of the material, and the hotel should address it. Apart from that, I had a comfortable stay and found the hotel close to perfect.
