Different rooms seem to mean different experiences. My main issue was the air conditioning. It's an old ceiling-mounted style with a wood-style finish that you can't adjust, and it hasn't been working very well, so the room was actually hot.

I spent 22 days in quarantine at Karo hotel, and they turned into some of the most amazing days of my life. The staff were kind, polite, and always helpful, and they took good care of me. I have so many lovely memories from my stay there, and I still miss the room and the staff even though it was quarantine. I'd highly recommend staying at Karo hotel. Thank you 😊👍😍😊

My experience at this hotel was really bad. It isn't fully air-conditioned, and the staff didn't seem to care about the guests.

A terrible experience. The hotel is very old, the bed in the room was dirty, and it cost too much.
