Our stay was decent. We were in room 0909. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the lift was fine. The bed was very soft. The room was small for three people, and three suitcases were a squeeze; we put two on the bay window. Breakfast was decent, with an okay spread for 200 TWD per person. The soundproofing is poor. We could hear people talking, doors closing, and a baby crying in the room. I also read complaints about showers staying cold, but my mom never complained about cold water, so I think it was okay. She wears a thick jacket even when it's 34 degrees, though. The air conditioning is centralized and fixed at 24 degrees. The front desk told us we could lower the fan speed or turn the unit off, but air would still come in. They should cover the safety equipment screws. The location was handy: eateries, 7/11, and Watson were downstairs, a standalone supermarket was about two traffic lights away, and across the street there was Japanese food and coffee.
