The room was very spacious, and the bathroom felt luxurious. The breakfast was one of the best I could have imagined, with both quality and variety. It's also right in the center and ultra clean. Thanks for all the complimentary water!

We stayed from 30/12/2024 to 2/1/2025 and were really happy here. The location is great, with shops and restaurants close by. I left some jackets in the wardrobe at checkout, but when I returned, the staff had packed them neatly in a bag for us. There are free washing machines and a dryer too, which is very convenient. We'll definitely stay again next time.

The location made it easy to reach food and shopping, and Love River is walkable from here. Our Twin room had two Super single beds, which worked great for traveling with my elderly father. The room was spacious, the pillows weren't too soft, and I liked the firm mattress. My only gripe was having to haul luggage up half a flight of stairs to reach the lift. Luckily, the rooms are on the same level as the lift.

A few drawbacks: even in a non-smoking room, the tobacco smell was strong. The "rainbow channels" should be paid channels or restricted to adults, so I wouldn't recommend this place for families with young kids. On the plus side, it's recently refurbished, has a big spa tub, and the breakfast is very good. There's a snack selection available 24 hours in a large dining hall, plus free parking. The rates are very reasonable, and the location is good, right next to central park.
