I stayed three nights in a row during the Spring Festival. Room 608 was reasonably well equipped and not too old. It was laid out across three levels: the garage on the 1st floor, bathroom on the 2nd, and room on the 3rd. There was no mirror in the room and no electrical outlet in the bathroom, which was inconvenient for women. The cigarette smell was the worst part. It was so strong on the first night I couldn’t sleep. I asked them to deal with the heavy smoke before I went out, and it was a little better when I returned. But the room key hadn’t been inserted, so there was no air conditioning to circulate the air, and the smell was still very strong. It got into my luggage and clothes. For someone who can’t stand cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. Housekeeping was just so-so. One day they forgot to change the bath towels, and the blankets and comforters were completely separate. I didn’t say much because the cleaning staff were working hard during the Spring Festival. The service overall was very good, and the staff were polite and customer service was friendly. But with that much cigarette smell, I wouldn’t stay again.

My husband wanted me to try staying here since I’d never been before, so he said we could relax. We parked and headed up to the room, then a little mouse suddenly jumped down from the stairs. I screamed, which startled my husband, and he asked why I was yelling. I told him there was a mouse. It got scared too, seemed unsure where to run, and slipped into the room through the gap under the door. I was stunned. We’d have had to share the room with it if we went in! We immediately told the front desk. They were surprised and apologized right away, then gave us another room. An unforgettable stay! 🤣🤣🤣
