Ms. Lu at the front desk was wonderful and so accommodating all night, and the overnight reception staff were friendly and bubbly. The lobby has a great coworking space for remote work, with tea and coffee available. The hotel itself is spacious and really nice. Highly recommend!

The window view is basically a wall, whichever side of the building you're on. Still, I think it's good value for the price. I got there early and really appreciated being allowed to check in ahead of time. My first room smelled of cigarettes, but they moved me right away when I asked. The replacement was clean, though the interior seemed a little dated.

Breakfast had a decent range of food and coffee, and it was included. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt very decent for the money. The front desk staff also gave excellent service.

The rooms were clean and new, and the staff were very nice. Good value for money. It's a little far from the bus or train station, but there's a 711 nearby.

I liked the extras: guests can use the bicycles, and there's free self-service laundry. Parking is included, though it's a short walk around the corner. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was a generous buffet. A few service hiccups meant I had to go to the desk, so I took off a star. I'd definitely stay again.
