The breakfast was a McDonald’s sandwich and drink delivered at 8 or 9 in the morning after you order ahead. It wasn’t as good as breakfast at a lot of other places, though the hotel cost less than many of them. We liked the location and the views, and rooms 802 and 803 each had an enclosed veranda with windows all around, a table, and two chairs. The bed was good and the bathroom worked. Staff were pleasant and even lent us an extension cord. I also appreciated that the air conditioner kept working without the keycard in the slot. We’d stay again, and our friends have come back too.

The balcony had a fantastic view, and the bathtub was huge. The staff were lovely and did their best to help me. It’s also usually just 5-10 minutes by scooter to the places you’d want to visit in Keelung.

The staff were really friendly, and the scenery was lovely. My room was clean and didn’t smell of smoke, so I had a very good stay.
