I spent two weeks here and got a good feel for the place. The location is great, close to the local train station and just 15 minutes by train from the city centre. Breakfast has good options, and there are plenty of choices nearby. Housekeeping was great, everyone was super friendly, and the reception staff were attentive. Late checkout is available. The rooms are nice and roomy if you've got lots of luggage. They have a kettle, fridge, TV with English movie channels like HBO (65-70), air-conditioning, and WiFi, though the WiFi can be a little poor sometimes. There's a laundry facility on the top floor, and a pay phone at reception for international calls.

I forgot my water bottle and came back two days later. They'd kept it in the fridge, so it was cold when they returned it to me. Thanks! It's a great place to stay as a base for Daxueshan.

The mattress was nice, and there's good cable TV. Staff are kind, quick to respond, and provide excellent service. It's in a convenient location, with a decent discount for longer stays.
