Neo and Amy were very welcoming, as were the rest of the staff. They even let us leave our bags early so we could explore without carrying them. The SSB hotel is a block or two from the train station, with a lovely park across the street. Our room was beautiful and clean, and it was great to have an elevator. We really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it.

Linda deserves a special mention. She made sure I got help, and her English is phenomenal. The whole team was just as warm, always smiling and ready to go the extra mile to make us comfortable. Their friendliness made me feel welcome right away. I had a wonderful stay and left with a full heart. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I look forward to coming back. Thank you, Linda and the whole team, for making it so memorable.

Neo pointed out the must-see places and explained how to reach them. The hotel is well located by a beautiful river, with plenty of nice shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and spacious, with great views from the window, and check-in was easy. All the staff were helpful. We had the best stay at SSB and would absolutely recommend it for a trip to Taichung.

The location made it easy to get to well-known food spots and transit. My room had no window, but it was affordable, surprisingly spacious, and especially roomy in the bathroom. Very Japanese in style, clean and quiet throughout, with good air conditioning. It exceeded what I expected.

Neo, the boss, was especially kind and generous with tips on places to visit. The staff made us feel welcome from the start, and our room was clean, roomy, and had a fantastic city view. We loved staying at SSB and would happily recommend it.
