K-Hotel Keelung

Find a better hotel and don't go here. The room had dirty spots all over, the food was bad, and they seemed to prioritize customers from outside. I broke a tooth on a chicken dish after finding bones in it twice. The staff's English was very limited.

Breakfast was very limited, with toasted bread the best thing on offer. I also had a terrible time with bed bug or flea bites. The pharmacist saw how severe they were and immediately prescribed strong medication. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This cozy hotel was my first-ever hotel room, and I met many relatives there whom I expect to see much more of soon. I'd give it a 9.2/10. The food court could use more choices, though I liked the music there, especially "rhythm of the rain."

We only stayed here because it came with our wedding photo package, and both of us ended up with ALOT of bed bug bites after two nights. The place was a nightmare. There was a strong smoke smell as soon as we entered, and the room and bathroom weren't clean. Hair and stains were around, including on the sheets and pillows. We asked for no room cleaning because we didn't want anyone coming in, but someone entered anyway. They didn't clean the room or bed, and took our slippers, so we had to ask staff for another pair. Somehow we did get fresh towels. We tried the complimentary breakfast on day one but skipped it the next day. They served porridge and side dishes, but the dining area looked unclean, and the bowls and utensils were dirty. We barely ate before leaving. The central air conditioning made the room really hot at night. We also needed to store our luggage for a few hours, and they put it in the restaurant without giving us tags. While we were away, I could only hope our things would still be there. If I had another chance, I'd pay to stay somewhere else. I don't know who would choose to spend money here. It seems like much of their business comes from tour groups and partnerships, since I searched booking sites and they were always sold out. I don't usually take hotel photos, so I can't show any. If you do manage to book it and want to give them the benefit of the doubt, good luck.
