The room was surprisingly comfortable and beautifully presented, with nice biscuits and a good selection of European-style drinks. The hostess didn't seem very friendly when we arrived, but the bedroom itself was magnificent and had more comfort and attention to detail than I expected. We left our luggage there for a short while, which was helpful. The owners were working hard themselves, which was nice to see. Breakfast was mostly poor, apart from the coffee and banana cake. Dinner downstairs wasn't good either, which surprised me given all the cookbooks in the stairwell. During the meal the host interrupted us about a minor bill discrepancy, which wasn't acceptable. Service could use work, but the room was so comfortable and nice that I'd visit again.

Peter and Cindy, along with the staff, were smiling and helpful. Peter is a professional Swiss chef. The B&B has a bright, cozy dining room, where we enjoyed a Western-style breakfast and set menu dinners with pasta, risotto, and pizza. There's a supermarket and convenience store just 50 m away, and it's a good base for exploring Kenting and Hengchun. The rooms are new and spotless, and ours had a large bathroom.

Peter and Cindy are so friendly with their guests. The rooms aren't large, but each has its own character and different decor, and everything is very clean and well kept. I was surprised to find YUAN products provided as toiletries. Cindy is artistic, and you can see her paintings in the restaurant. She pays attention to the small details in the rooms, and it all comes together nicely. The location is convenient, just minutes from Hengchun old street, A-Ga's Home, Fire Spring, and Hengchun East Gate. Breakfast is simple but good, especially the bread. I kept going back for more. This is a place to stay when you're in Hengchun. You won't regret it. Cindy and Peter, keep up the good work.

After more than a month traveling around Taiwan, this was one of the best places we stayed. It was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and so comfortable, like a little haven. The location suited us perfectly too, just 8 minutes by bus from Nanwan Beach and near lots of good restaurants.
