The balconies have lovely views, and it's a great spot in Jiji if you're planning to visit Sun Moon Lake. It's near the train station and the bus to Sun Moon Lake too. The staff are helpful and serve a Taiwanese breakfast. Rooms are large with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are modern and very clean. They speak limited English, but they do their best. Very recommendable.

The hotel was clean and friendly, and breakfast was a tasty vegetarian meal. It's a "green hotel," so bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and other toiletries.

The room was nicely equipped, and the bed was a luxurious full latex mattress. I only had time for a quick overnight stay, but I’m planning to return with my family. The owner can arrange activities on site, which sounds great for a family trip. Although check-in is mainly self-service, a very helpful receptionist was there to assist. From chatting with them, I learned this is a registered hotel rather than a B&B. The owner has reduced the number of rooms to help maintain hotel-level service.
