The front desk staff were friendly despite being very busy, thanks for all their hard work. The bathroom, though, was extremely old and had no separate wet and dry areas. The window air conditioner was old-fashioned and sounded like a fighter jet all night. Online listings should make it clear whether each room type has a bathtub. Breakfast was really bad.

The mirror had cigarette burn marks all over it, which was a bit scary. The room itself felt old-fashioned, and the jacuzzi's water flow was so weak that the massage effect was very limited.

That room was wonderful, and the woman at the entrance was so courteous and ready to help. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Helpful reception staff, a clean and comfortable place, and breakfast included. Really recommend it.

The only thing I struggled with was the hairdryer. It was awkward to use, and I hope they replace it with a better one. Everything else worked well: the service was good, the air conditioning was powerful, and the price was fair. Though the building is older, the inside was very clean and breakfast was included. I’d stay here again when I’m back in the area.
