The place has been renovated and the room felt fairly new. The stairs are narrow, which made carrying luggage awkward, but otherwise things were fine. The air conditioning worked well, and there was an electric umbrella. The hair dryer was good too. Parking took some care because the property is in an alley with a lot of traffic, so drivers who aren't confident may want to think it over.

We booked and paid in full online for a quad room, but on arrival there was only one double bed. Are they expecting four people to fit on it like hobbits? Then they insisted we pay extra for another bed. Absolutely awful.

The room was generally okay, but the amenities could be better. The shampoo packet seemed too small for someone with long hair, and I couldn't find a comb. I'm not sure whether the construction outside happens regularly. If it does, guests should be told ahead of time. It was incredibly loud, and nobody wants to be woken early by construction noise while traveling.

The only real plus for me was having a parking space. There were cobwebs in the corners and dirt on the sheets, which was pretty gross, though they came to take care of it quickly after I called. I didn't run into the morning hot-water problem other guests mentioned. There wasn't a mat outside the bathroom either.
