Employee number 098 was especially thoughtful and kind while helping my family. She took care of everything we needed, and I really appreciated how much effort she put into making our stay memorable.

The breakfast service was the one bright spot. The staff there were good, and I enjoyed the breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel felt old and worn, and it seems past its glory days. The USB plugs in the rooms were in awkward places, so charging a phone wasn’t comfortable. When I called with a question, nobody could speak English. During the event, a service worker pushed me out of her way, and the food was nothing special. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a kaiseki set on the 23rd floor with family for Father’s Day in Taiwan. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a great view across the whole Lanyang Plain. The food was fresh and delicious, and we really enjoyed our time there.
