Mabuli Inn

For three days we dealt with one room problem after another 🫥. They knew the faucet was broken and still let guests check in. When we complained, they showed no sign of planning to fix it. There was no hot water on two of the three days, and it only came back after my family replaced the faucet themselves. We came for a relaxing vacation, not to suffer. Both the room and the way they handled the problems were terrible. Awful experience ❌

We’d booked months ahead, but they were still changing our room arrangements just hours before check-in. Once inside, we found the faucet was broken. Why had the previous owner changed our room? Then they passed responsibility along, saying the plumber wasn’t available. A relative who knew plumbing and electrical work fixed it, but the guesthouse wouldn’t refund any of the room fee or give us a discount. We also borrowed two battered motorcycles, but they gave us the wrong keys, so we couldn’t ride them. In the heat of Penghu, there was no hot water and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The service attitude was as cold as it could be.

Wow, they cancelled the motorcycle I’d reserved just an hour before pickup! I’ve called several times and nobody answers. I’m speechless. Boss, can you explain what happened? If you give me a reasonable explanation, I’ll remove this comment.
