Dinner is available if you ask, and I only realised that too late. I'd recommend it, since it saves you from driving mountain roads in the evening. Breakfast was hearty, authentic, and really good. The welcome felt warm and genuinely Taiwanese. This quiet B&B sits on a secluded hillside among flowering trees and tea plants. Alishan Forest Recreation Area and the hiking trails are an easy drive away, and Fen Shi Hu station, with a 7-Eleven, is a short ride. They grow tea on the farm, and the oolong was lovely, especially after tasting other teas to compare. Don't miss it. Thanks for having me, I won't forget my stay :)

The home-style breakfast was generous and tasty, and on a clear day the window view is beautiful. Everything you need is provided. Our triple room's hallway felt a little tight, so it's better if you're packing light. The guesthouse is peaceful and comfortable, tucked between Fenqihu and Alishan, though the road is somewhat narrow and the place secluded.
