Check-in was self-service, but customer service replied quickly. The location is somewhat far from the city center and is surrounded by residential neighborhoods. The room had a decent amount of space, but the pet smell was unbearable. The water pressure was also extremely weak, so rinsing shampoo out took forever.

The shampoo left my hair easy to comb, without tangles or frizz, and the bathroom fixtures felt high-end. The room was clean, and both the bath towels and hand towels smelled lovely, without the strong medicinal odor some hotels have. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into this place. I’d happily come back if I get the chance.

The owner was friendly and thoughtful, and the service was excellent. Our guesthouse room was very clean, and having a private parking space was great. I’d definitely return.

Everything was computerized, with no staff on site, which was a little inconvenient for us as middle school students. The staff were still very friendly, and the place was very clean. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance to visit Nantou again.

The bathroom had great water pressure, and the rooms were roomy and clean. We were there to help celebrate my niece’s first birthday, and the big space made it easy for our family. The kitchen was handy too, with an island, pots and pans, a microwave, and an induction cooker. We had a really good stay.
