If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked the most expensive and supposedly best room, the Villa with a private pool, and it was the worst experience ever. There was no internet for the whole stay, and no electricity when we arrived. When we were about to sleep, the central lighting system stopped working, so we couldn’t turn off the lights. The central electricity system also kept switching on and off, and we had to call repeatedly about all the problems. The TV turned itself on and off too. They offered only 30 extra minutes as compensation. The place is so nice, but the maintenance and service are SO bad. Don’t bother booking here, it’s a waste of time and money.

It’s way out in the boondocks, with little nearby, but the rooms are extremely large and well appointed. Ours had a spacious entry foyer, a roomy bedroom with a king bed, and a big bathroom with a spa bath and shower that included a sauna. The remote for the lights was difficult to figure out, probably because it was faulty. We couldn’t get every light off to sleep. Taking the key card out of the main control didn’t shut off the troublesome lights, but it did turn off the air conditioning. Breakfast was very average.

It’s about a 20-25 minute walk from the nearest station. The car park entrance guard house doubles as check-in and security, with no lobby. A taxi is really the only option.

The room and bathtub are both big, and the food at the hotel could use more variety. The Wi-Fi is very weak. The bathtub instructions should be larger and in English, and the lighting instructions should clearly explain that the system is electronic and automated.

The room was huge and nice, with a spacious jacuzzi and a massage bed. I had a very good stay at this motel.
