🚨BED BUG ALERT🚨 There was a serious bed bug outbreak here, and the staff didn't seem to know how to deal with it. I've travelled in many countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this was my first time encountering bed bugs. I was bitten all night. I had to throw away a lot of personal belongings and went through a major hassle trying to get rid of the stubborn bugs. The hotel offered no compensation for bringing bed bugs to its guests. Believe me, you don't want to take them home. Bed bugs, bed bugs! If you don't know what they are, please Google them and see how much trouble they can cause.

I spent four days in a small single room, about 5 m2, and it was enough space for me. The room and shared bathrooms and showers were clean, and I was comfortable using them. Each day, the staff made the bed, left fresh towels, and gave me a bottle of water.

The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, and I especially appreciated the two concierges, Angela and Renee. They greeted me with smiles and went out of their way to make me comfortable. They're the reason I'd return. I stayed 17 days. I first booked a single occupancy room for the whole stay, but it had no windows and was too noisy because of inconsiderate people on the floor. Single rooms also mean using the shared bathroom on the third floor. For the last 15 days, I switched to a full private room, which made the stay much more enjoyable. It had a private bathroom and a large window, and housekeeping kept it very clean. Thanks so much to the cleaning staff and the two concierges!

My elderly parents couldn't take a proper shower because the hot water kept fluctuating. The room was also extremely cold, with no heater. After repeated requests, the hotel still wouldn't provide extra bedsheets and only offered towels. There was also a payment issue: the hotel emailed to say my credit card was invalid after it had already charged and collected the payment. The manager was rude and uncooperative throughout, refused a refund, and acted very unprofessionally. This place isn't elderly-friendly, and the service was unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here or spending your money here.
