The staff made our stay especially easy. They were welcoming and helpful with advice, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was worth including, and the hotel felt like good value for money. We'd gladly return on another Taipei visit. The location is convenient and the views are lovely. Our clean, well-kept room had enough space for two and suited a short stay. The décor may not be to everyone's taste, but it gives the place character and didn't affect our experience.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the location is good even though it's far from the city. The view is great, it's quiet and child-friendly, and I thought it was good value. Shenkeng Old Street is a nearby activity. But the beds didn't seem clean. I booked more than five rooms, and almost all of them had bed bugs. They made us itchy. Please improve the cleanliness. Breakfast had a tasty range of choices, and there were plenty of restaurants and transport options nearby. The room was fresh-smelling, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something. I had a wonderful stay.

I booked by mistake because I thought this was Fullon Hotel Taipei Central, as the names are so similar. This is a run-down hotel, a bit far from the city, and about a 30-minute bus ride from Taipei 101.

The room was comfortable and felt luxurious, with extra pillows available. I especially appreciated the steady hot water for showers in winter, plus the heated toilet seat and warm water at the sink and bidet. There were plenty of lifts, so we rarely waited, and lots of TV channels and movies. The lobby felt welcoming and had refreshments for guests. It was easy to get around by private transport since the hotel is beside the expressway. Many public buses are available too, though it's not near a train station. The area was quiet at night and didn't feel scary, with some shops open late. A few dining spots and many convenience stores are within walking distance. Breakfast had a decent selection, but the taste was so-so. Staff were pushy about getting guests to leave as breakfast was ending, which was disappointing. They were generally friendly, and the front desk kindly called each day to ask whether we needed housekeeping. Still, they often missed that our double room was booked for four people, so we had to keep requesting extra towels despite asking in advance. It was a good experience overall, and I enjoyed the stay.
